This photograph shows a man sitting on top of Glacier Point looking out at Half Dome in the Yosemite Valley. Glacier Point is located on the south wall of Yosemite Valley at an elevation of 7,214 feet (2,99m). Glacier Point offers a view of Half Dome, which is a granite dome located at the eastern end of Yosemite Valley, and reaches an elevation of 4,737 feet (1,444m).
