This is a photograph of a poster that shows an African American man carrying copies of the Black Panther newspaper, and is wearing a gun strapped to his back. The headline on the Black Panther newspaper reads, All Power to the People.” The poster’s design and text was created by the Minister of Culture, and the Ministry of Information of the Black Panther Party.
